General Overview		Camila is very ambitious driven by her emotions, and her unwavering trust in her visions. She has learned to use them as political instruments, to accelerate her in keeping her political powers. Everything she does is on misguided belief that she is the emissary, the one who will bring balance and peace to the Crescent, she hated the part she played during the tribal wars. Camila clings onto her childhood title, cause deep down she wants Amila's affections again. Event though, she will not admit it. She knows Amila needs to be other thrown. She wants to unite the tribes under a mutual defense pack. Lead by a righteous man, a man that she can mold, into a great leader. She believes deep in her heart, that she is the Emissary to her people. Camila is relentless, and has a hard time letting go. She has always felt the need to be loved, appreciated and respected. Three things that she believes is missing in her life. She feels like, she is not a bad person. She is just forced to work for bad people.
Strengths & Weaknesses		Camila is gifted with the ability to see visions, sadly she can not control what she see's but her visions always come to pass, despite anyone trying to alter them. Even though she has the ability to see visions, she has a hard time understanding the ramifications of her visions. And lacked the remorse from a young age, to keep somethings to herself. Some kids thought for a long time she was the Amila's Harbinger of Death. Camila is very deceptive, it is clear to anyone who meets her, that she has her own plan. And for her love over the Crescent people. Her deception does not allow her to make a lot of friends. Mainly because she does not trust in others, and always wonders, what they are up to? She is very cunning and agile. Her deception and her cunningness allows her to keep objectivity, when dealing with crisis as they unfold. Camila likes to be think several steps into the future. She relies heavily on her vision, to help guide her. Camila is very arrogant, and has intense emotions that she keeps locked inside of herself. She learned after Amila's betrayal, to keep her emotions in check. And to lead by fear. She uses her political image as a cloak to avoid showing her emotions.
Ambitions		Camila's goal is political power which she can only gain by an arranged marriage. Her father Siltar has proven his family's loyalty to Amila. Camila is currently the Prodigy of the Crescent. After she marries Orson, she will be elevated to Arbiter of Succession, a position that will place her into the line of succession for the thrown.

Personal History

The Sight Seerer (Early Childhood: The Tribal Wars) Camila was born on November 10, 2384 to Siltar and Rodina Le. Camila was the first Crescent born by birth, most crescents are genetic clones. Camila was an experiment for Amila De, the current Empress of the Crescent of Sephira. From a young age Camila knew she was different, but everyone feared her, and kept their distance. As a child in the womb, she was genetically engineered and enhanced from her original genetic coding by Amila De. She was an important step to the Empress's future. Camila was given increased telepathic and telekinesis abilities. From a young age, she had the ability to see visions, as a young child they overwhelmed her, and Amila helped her control them. Eventually molding her into a sight seerer for her. She was initially called the Emissary of the Crescent. Because of her abilities. Camila had helped Amila secure her foothold over the other tribes of the Crescent and elevated herself to Empress, all on the backbone of Camila's vision. As a reward, Camila was granted the title Prodigy of the Crescent, and betrothed to Empress Grandson Orson. And her father was elevated to Envoy of Amila De and an Admiral in her royal fleet. For providing his daughter to the Empress. Siltar her father, is Amila's most trusted soldier. The shift in power and usefulness (Teenage Years: Post Tribal Wars) For most of Camila's childhood, she was under the careful eye and attention of Amila, after the war ended, she felt used and not desired. She came to see Amila as her mentor, and after the elevation to Empress, it seemed to her fragile mind that Amila did not need Camila. Amila did her best to cope with the loss of Amila's constant attention. Camila had idolized Amila, and at the time did not understand that Amila had granted Camila the highest honor she could for a child so young. The marriage to her grandson, her fathers and her new political titles. Unlike Siltar, Camila was allowed to learn the arts and get a full education, her title at the moment, seemed to be more ceremonial and than political. She also had a hard time understanding why everyone feared her. She found it hard to make friends, when everyone either graveled to her feet or fled her presence all together. Camila's only childhood friend was Orson De, the man she was betrothed to marry. When Orson turned the age of 17, Camila and Orson would become engaged for the following year, to prepare for the arranged marriage. Just a couple of years prior to the engagement, Camila disappeared from the Crescent, she slipped into isolation. Amila frantically searched for Camila, but with her psyic visions, it proved too challenging for Amila, and a drain on resources. She knew Camila would surface again, when she was ready too. Amila told the people that the Prodigy of the Crescent was on an outback retreat, a personal journey. She wanted Camila and Orson to have a child, so she gave Camila a long leash. And so far Camila had not abused her leash, unlike her betrothed. He fled to the Federation and seeked Asylum. Camila's Ambitions (Post Teenage Years) During Camila's isolation and so called "Outback retreat, a personal journey." She learned the truth behind her creation, she learned through her education, it was not natural for Crescent to procreate through physical contact. They are a cloned race, when a shell passed on a new clone was created, and allowed to mature into its own being. Camila and Orson were the first two Crescent children conceived through physical intimacy. Camila learned that Amila did genetic tests on Camila when she was in the womb with her mother Rodina Le. She learned that her genetic coding was manipulated through technology and through telekensis at the cellular level. Camila was enraged to learn that she was rejected as the new shell for the Amilla. And at the same time she was relieved. Most Crescent children are not told about the previous life of the shell that came before them. Only political dignitaries with key positions of power were allowed to transfer full consensus from one shell to another. Most of the population were given the basic info of how to be Crescent, and allowed to mature, how they saw fit. Camila was not given that chance, nor was Orson. They were used, and Camila learned that Orson was the perfect shell for Amila, but she rejected him, because she wanted to stay a female for personal and sexiest reasons. During her isolation and through her visions and studies, she learned the wedding to Orson was a ruse to allow Camila to produce a female heir, a new shell for Amila. Camila had her own agenda, her mindset would be on marrying Orson. Would give her political power, and she knew that Amila is planning and she doesn't want that. Camila did not like to be used as a pawn. She decided the crescent needed a new leader, a leader that can guide by wisdom, and not deceit. Orson was different from his grandmother. She could mold him to be the next emperor, and be a fair ruler to their people. Camila agreed to the marriage to place her in line to the throne. Service Record Emissary of the Crescent/ Prodigy of the Crescent Camila was used as a weapon of war by Amila the Chieftain of the Socra Tribe. The Socra Tribe were unhappy with the political balance on the homeworld. Camila served as a sight seerer, a visionary for the war, that helped Amila De, become the first Crescent Empress, uniting the new unified tribes together under one government. It did not take Camila very long to notice that something was not right with Amila. She kept wanting more and more power. She talked about her Emissary being the new Empress of the people when the dawn of the new age was upon them. When that day came, she was not appointed Empress. Amila was making a move to stay in power dispite the will of the people. Amila appointed herself Empress, this caused an uproar among the people that supported her. The Royal Court rejected her claim as Empress. Amila at that point made Camila the Prodigy of the Crescent stating when she became an adult and married Orson De that she would become the next empress and bring unity to the Crescent people. This was a temporary Band-Aid, stating that her soon to be granddaughter-in-law did not have a righteous claim to the throne because she was a minor and not married. The title "Prodigy of the Crescent" felt more honorary than political, during her early days of teenage years, she resented the title. Wanted people to also see her as the Emissary of the Crescent. But most people believed that she had fulfilled those duties. Camila completed her education, and left into isolation. She wanted to be far away from the spotlight. She took this time to discover who she is, what her role was next? she started to have new visions. These visions were about her marriage to Orson, and him overthrowing his grandmother and becoming the next Emperor. Orson was from a neighboring tribe that was at war with the Soccra Empire. According to the prophecy, Orson and Camila’s union would unify the tribes and a new era of peace would be established across the world. The other tribes were angry, and war appeared to be on the path again. Amila in a fit of rage had the leaders of each tribe killed. She hoped this action would cause the tribes to fall in line under her leadership. Camila was furious with the attempt to seize power. She began to plot how she would respond to this action. Before she had a chance to respond, to The assinations had the opposite effect, Camila had secretly unified the Soccra Tribe and agreed to have them leave the planet and seek refuge inside the Federation. They openly attacked the citadel and managed to escape the Cresecent and headed for the wormhole. Once through the Wormhole they reached out to the Federation and requested Sanctuary. Commodore Domingo Martinez granted their request, and Camila along with her people began to look for a new home. By this stage she was called “Arbiter of Succession'' by the Soccra Tribe. Camila knew that she needed to be with her people but she needed a liaison between the Soccra Tribe and the Federation. She appointed Tamir Te as her Ambassador and the “Voice of the Soccra.” Tamir accepted the honor, and left with Commodore Martinez. Camila was marked by The Soccra Tribe as a hero that freed them from the tyranny of the empress. They appointed her empress when they established a new homeworld within the protection of the Federation. The crescent was forced to abandon the Lost tribe when they crossed into the wormhole, due to the treaty they were no longer allowed access to the alpha and beta quadrant unless they went the long way around. As a young teenager Camila had to grow quickly, her people gave her until her 21st birthday to establish her reign over them. She would no longer be a kid and her people needed to resettle a sense of normalcy among, despite the fact that they had followed Camilla without a husband now they are insisting that she needed a husband. The Royal Court decreed that some societal laws cannot be overlooked, and for the new government to withstand them they need to practice some of the old ways. The Royal Court was torn because the old ways had led them to break away, but the court was not willing to compromise all their values that made them Soccra. They insisted it was the promise of unification that led them astray, a changing and a deviation from the rules. The empress needed to send a clear message, that they still believe in her ideology without it it would be lost. USS Nautilus Camila agreed and arranged marriage would need to be established, but she insisted that she got to choose her future husband and not the courts. The court agreed to return and gave her a one year obligation to complete her oath. In 2405 Camilla reached out to Ambassador Tamir Te, she advised him but that's Soccra we're ready to align with the Federation officially. They dispatch the USS Nautilus to negotiate the new alliance. Camila met with rear Admiral Sarah Martinez and advised her that she would seek Royal Union with a member as a Federation. She had a couple stipulations, she wanted to marry a Starfleet officer that would understand it would be a political marriage and they would see very little of each other.Admiral Martinez was able to find Lieutenant Rodney Horton. Rodney agreed to the marriage. He understood what a role Union would be to tell and he actually was looking forward to it, because deep down he wasn't really interested in the long-term relationship but this seemed to be a compromise he could work with. The USS Dragonstar arrived in orbit over the Soccra Home World. He met with Camila and she agreed to the union with him. Camila found him to be direct and handsome, this should hopefully satisfy her people; she presented Rodney as the new arbiter of succession and her future husband. The court was upset but given the rule she was allowed to choose her significant other. They had no choice but to accept his nomination and a wedding date was set.
