Welcome to Valhalla Fleet Yards the home of 8th Diplomatic Corps. The sim takes place in the Kriss Alternate Universe. The year is 2399 and with hostilities beginning to resurface along the Federation and Cardassian Borders, the Federation has tasked Vice Admiral Domingo Martinez and his crew, with the task of ensuring the peace, and addressing any concerns the New Maquis, Cardassian Detapa Coucil and the True Way Alliance may have.

The story starts in 2395 when Rear Admiral Martinez assumed command of Starbase Port Royale, a newly constructed station with the simple purpose of insuring the peace during a dark hour of the Federation's history. The Federation was isolated from the universe.

The lack of Federation presence saw an increase hostilities within in the Alpha and Beta Quadrants. Pirates, New Maquis and the True Way Alliance were pushing along the borders of the Federation to expand their campaign of conquest and terror.

War was knocking at Starbase Port Royale's front door. It will be up to the crew to find a stability and balance within the area. The Cardassian Depata Council, the legitimate ruling body of the Cardassian People has asked the Federation for assistance, with a race calling themselves the True Way Alliance.

In the shadows two organizations hope to take advantage of the chaos, and make their presence felt. The Shadow Council and the Socra Empire strive for power and a foot holdings along Federation borders. Will the Federation go to war with either power, or accept them along the border. Meanwhile the Cardassians continue to rebuild, and the Romulans continue to push any hidden agenda they may have.

By 2399 the Federation is coming out of its time of isolation thanks to retired admiral Jean Luc Picard. Starbase Port Royale was authorized for a major over haul, the station would remain as the base of operations for the 8th diplomatic corps, but would see the creation of a new fleet yard in the system. Can the 8th Diplomatic Corps finish the work that retired admiral Jean Luc Picard had started?

"The things we do" Synopsis: Ramiro and his friends want to go out and have some fun on the transport vessel USS Fairchild. They are coupe up and looking for some fun. Julie and her friends were doing the same thing.

"Out of the Loop" Synopsis: Jordyn was annoyed that she was not leading the mission to to retrieve Lieutenant Commander Elloma Essu. She was preparing for a scieintific emporium. She was tasked by Admiral Martinez to lead the emporium. He had recently left to assume command of his own starship.

"Second Guessing" Synopsis: Isabel is questioning her first mission. In her first mission, she responded to a distress call from the Eagle family. They had flown threw a nebula and were affected by it. All four members of the Eagle Family were injured. Isabel is heading back to Port Royale to get them more treatment and help.

"The Lost Child" Synopsis: This is a story featuring the Crew of Heyerdahl Station. A sim that J.L. Galloway and Janet were apart of. The story is far from complete, but this was the only record I can find that still exists of this sim that is now gone. There is reference to the Drax Empire a race that Janet created so its why I pulled this out of archive and decided to add it to short treks as a six mart mini series.
