Welcome to Task Force 73, located in the Delta Quadrant. The Federation has tasked Vice Admiral Phelan Ward, with the task of expanding the Federation's influence into the Delta Quadrant.

The Federation is able to enter the Delta Quadrant, thanks to the discovery an Iconian Gateway in the Fohocca System. Because of this gateway, the Federation is able to send ships to and from the Gateway.
