| Personal History | Ava was born while her mother was still in high school. Her father was the son of a farmer with plans to farm with his father. Her parents married and settled down to raise Ava together. After four years of marriage, Ava's mother filed for divorce and left them, heading to start a career with Starfleet. She didn't want to be tied down as a wife and mother. Two years after she left, she was killed on a mission. It was just Ava and her father for a long time. She went to school and spent her spare time farming with her Dad. She loved plants and life. She knew by the age of eleven she wanted to go into science of some kind. Ava had just turned twelve when her father started dating and eventually married. Ava got along with Shelby and soon the family grew bigger with the addition of three children of their own. It was a big adjustment for Ava, learning to share her father and at times feeling like she was the odd one out. Ava loved them all and they didn't do anything to make her feel that way it was just the way life was. After graduating from high school, Ava left home and went to the academy, majoring in science. She worked hard and graduated in the middle of her class. Soon she was assigned to a starship and off onto a career of her own. In 2395 Ava was assigned to Starbase Port Royale. She worked hard within the science department and n 2399 became the CSO on the Hangzhou. In 2396 Ava married Gente Lopez. Shortly after she gave birth to their son Hector. In 2399, they welcomed Kaylee into the family. |
