Very distrusting of every one around him at first, he warms up eventually and can be a persons best friend and closest ally. Strengths & Weaknesses Biggest strength is his biggest weakness and thats his loyalty. Ambitions Nathan seeks to find a way to get revenge on all the Romulans for what was done to him as a child. He secretly plots various means of further destroying the Romulans often. Hobbies & Interests Drinking, having fun and spending time in the Holodeck. Personal History Nathan grew up on Earth in the late 2320's. He spent a lot of time outside pretending to be a star ship captain and a hero saving his hero, James T. Kirk, from the various missions he got in trouble with. Nathan was a very trusting and open young man. When he was 14 his family moved to a Romulan planet where his father served as a Federation ambassador to the Romulan people. While there Nathan was attacked by a group of Romulan children who attacked him and abused him in very personal and very shattering ways. After that Nathan became secluded and quiet. When Nathan was old enough he enlisted in Star Fleet Academy. Still idolizing Jame Kirk, he set out to be a heroic Captain like the famous Captain of the USS Enterprise. He worked hard at all of his classes. While he was not the top student all the time, his effort earned him the respect and admiration of his instructors. He eventually graduated Star Fleet Academy with the respect of his instructors and peers. On Nathans first duty assignment, he was believed lost with others in a landing party when they tried to beam down to a planet during an artificially created ion storm. However, Ensign Nathan Russ and his team actually materialized in the year 2380. He and his away team were then rescued by Star Fleet and debriefed for a year before being redeployed.
