Settling New Glosia:

Upon discovering their new sanctuary, the ragtag fleet decided to establish their homestead on a freshly found planet, aptly named New Glosia. In reverence to their origins, they chose to designate the entire sector as the Glosia Star System. In its early days, this star system was inhabited solely by the race that hailed from the original Glosian Republic, even though the Glosia Star System encompassed five star systems in total.

The Birth of the Second Glosian Republic:

In the year 2210, the Second Glosian Republic came into existence, representing a significant chapter in the history of the Glosian people. However, this republic was marked by internal divisions, and the position of emperor, a symbol of past unity, remained vacant. Instead, governance was vested in a prime minister. It is noteworthy that this second iteration of the Glosian Republic was notably smaller than its predecessor. The rule of the Second Glosian Republic spanned from 2210 to 2388.

Prime Minister Felna's Radical Rule:

Prime Minister Felna, a fervent Hy'Kirum radicalist, assumed power in 2210, and his leadership marked a tumultuous phase in Glosian history. The 2nd Glosian Republic considered itself the genuine embodiment of the Five Star Liberation Front's principles. However, Felna adopted a contentious territorial war campaign, employing religious rhetoric to justify the integration of faith into government. This period witnessed a significant influx of the former 1st Glosian Republic's population into his new regime. Although history books formally refer to this government as the 2nd Glosian Republic, informally, it became known as "Felna's Republic." The official recognition of the 2nd Glosian Republic by the Five Star Liberation Front Movement Alliance did not occur until 2220.

Prime Minister Shena's Unpopular Reforms:

In 2218, Prime Minister Shena succeeded Felna, introducing reforms that separated the church from the state. This departure from religious integration was met with widespread public dissatisfaction. The division of church and state initiated a tumultuous period within the 2nd Glosian Republic.

Citizens Reject Constitutional Changes:

In 2222, 2nd Glosian Republic citizens staunchly opposed and boycotted constitutional amendments introduced by the government. Prime Minister Shena faced re-election and lost. His successor, the newly elected prime minister, vetoed these modifications, deeming them extreme and violative of citizens' sovereign rights.

Prime Minister Kelna and Religious Influence:

From 2222 to 2230, Prime Minister Kelna took office, amid accusations of being a puppet to former Prime Minister Shelna. During his term, the influence of religious advisors on the state's affairs was solidified. Kelna ensured that the church retained substantial authority within the government.

Reluctant Treaty and Civil War Stalemate:

In 2253, Prime Minister Dota Omna, with reluctance, consented to a non-aggression pact treaty as the civil war reached a stalemate. Dota's reluctance stemmed from the treaty's condition that demanded a clear separation between the church and the state in all matters pertaining to the alliance. The Glosian Republic staunchly resisted this demand. Thus, Dota refused to sign the treaty officially, harboring hopes of buying time to plan a major offensive aimed at influencing the other four governments to adopt a more religious stance and permit the church's inclusion in the government. His ambitions, however, were thwarted by a new alliance between the Hen'Kiara Regime and the Astra Union, which openly opposed religious authority. This alliance prompted the Glosian Republic to secure the support of the Zimbriti Federation and the Hug'Ta Confederation, creating a standoff that turned the civil war into a prolonged 7-year stalemate.

Mara Fel'ta and the End of Civil War:

In 2260, Prime Minister Mara Fel'ta, two years into her second term, signed the treaty that brought an official end to the civil war and formally integrated the Second Glosian Republic into the Five Star Liberation Front Movement Alliance. Her cautious approach signified the culmination of a tumultuous era in Glosian history, concluding with the unification of her people within the alliance.
