She can not tolerate mistakes, and can be very rude and moody at times. Her arrogance in her piloting skills, has made her a little unapproachable, to junior pilots. | Personal History | Early years Delilah grew up with a Starfleet Family in San Fransico. She was raised by her mother, her father having left when she was young. They divorced, when he joined the Dominion War instead of retiring. She was 7 years old when her parents divorced. Her parents, never got back together, but are civil towards one another. Delilah had a pretty good childhood. She was very relieved that her father survived the war. A lot of her childhood friends, were not so lucky. From a young age, she learned to have thick skin, and try to be supportive. But it was hard for her, she could not relate them. She was one of the few, that were lucky and did not loose someone in the war. Delilah graduated high School in 2383, and immediately signed up to join Starfleet Academy, and began courses to become a fighter pilot. 2383 - 2387 Delilah attended Starfleet Academy on Earth at San Fransico. She debated about going to New Bajor Academy grounds, but she wanted to be close to her parents. Even though she was ready to become a pilot, she found it hard to say goodbye to her parents. She spent most of the first year, going back and forth from home. By her second year at the Academy, she started to visit less, but still went back and forth. She managed to overcome her separation anxiety, and again learned to cope with this, by shuttling people out. Not letting them get to close. 2387 - 2395 Delilah graduated in 2387 and was assigned to the USS Dragonstar. Eight years later, she requested a transfer to Starbase Port Royale, and was approved. She is currently a reserve fighter pilot for Starbase Port Royale, but primarily is assigned to the support carrier, USS Tianlong. |
